Engineering

KH-Microflex A/S wants to be your preferred flexible partner. From initial idea to after sales service and support, our design and engineering teams are ready to assist the customers. We develop, produce and maintain customized production machinery that is efficient and cost-effective. KH-Microflex A/S is a one stop shop. We have all the necessary competences in house such as design, software, electricity, manufacturing, documentation and after sales service ensuring a direct and qualified dialogue with the customer.

We constantly seek and encourage innovation and help launch the customers’ great ideas into manufacturable machines from the drawing board to your production facility. We have more than 20 years of experience in R&D project management.

Design

Our design teams have more than 20 years' machine construction experience and use some of the most sophisticated 3D design software on the market.

Software

Our complete control systems are developed using one software tool - written in one programme and displayed on one user-friendly operator interface. Our control systems are programmed using B&R Automation Studio™, a configuration and programming tool covering all tasks and system platforms.

Manufacturing

At our high-tech production facility, we cover every facet of machine building and metal shaping.
We build prototypes, machines for serial production and produce spare parts. All products comply with mandatory national and international standards, and everything is tested before delivery.

Glunz & Jensen develops, manufactures and markets integrated and innovative solutions for the
global prepress industry. Among Glunz & Jensen’s most important customer groups are media compa-
nies (newspapers, books, and magazines) and manufacturing companies in the packaging industry.

The company’s largest product areas are plate processors for the offset and flexo printing industry,
iCtP plate setters and automation equipment. Glunz & Jensen also sells conveyor equipment, stackers,
plate exposure units, mounting tables and monitoring software for controlling prepress processes.

Headquartered in Denmark, Glunz & Jensen has approx. 270 employees with subsidiaries in Denmark,
Slovakia, USA, Italy and France as well as sales and service offices in China.
